Our partners met face to face, for the first time now, because of Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3016\" src=\"https:\/\/droppingthebaggage.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/photos-dropping-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"800\" srcset=\"https:\/\/droppingthebaggage.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/photos-dropping-3.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/droppingthebaggage.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/photos-dropping-3-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/droppingthebaggage.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/photos-dropping-3-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/droppingthebaggage.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/photos-dropping-3-768x768.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In our meeting, the team of 17 people, coming from Finland, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, United Kingdom, and Greece, analysed and discussed in small groups, the following subjects on 30\/03\/2022:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>How does the hidden agenda burdens students from dropping the baggage<\/li>\n<li>How can VET implement inclusiveness and empowerment in their actions plans<\/li>\n<li>How to set up action plans and frameworks focusing on inclusiveness<\/li>\n<li>Tool, suggestions and best practice cases on how inclusiveness empowers students<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On 31\/03\/2022, the partners also analysed and discussed in small groups, the following subjects:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>How help students recognize their baggage and how the baggage hinders them from seeing ther (hidden) talents<\/li>\n<li>How to help students take ownership of their skills development and making the strengths stronger<\/li>\n<li>Failing is an opportunity to grow! They played the hidden treasure , which lead them to our output the <a href=\"https:\/\/droppingthebaggage.eu\/s-c-r-e-a-m\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">S.C.R.E.A.M! method<\/a>.
