Our Dropping The Baggage project, held its sixth and final transnational project meeting (TPM6) on November 27-28, 2023, in Harderwijk, The Netherlands. Morgen College kindly hosted the meeting.
During the two-day event, partners from organizations in The Netherlands, Finland, UK, Portugal, and Greece came together. The main topics of discussion included finalizing the project’s evaluation tools and manual, as well as commencing work on the final report.
On the first day, the partners presented and refined modifications to the online manual and self-evaluation tools that were developed throughout the project. They also took care of administrative matters. In the afternoon, the group delved into impact evaluation and held an open multiplier event to share project outcomes with stakeholders. The day drew to a close with a dinner for the partners.
The second day focused on initiating the final report, summarizing project accomplishments, discussing the next steps, and wrapping up administrative tasks. The partners also took the opportunity to tour the facilities of Morgen College.
Overall, the TPM marked a transition for the partners, shifting from active development and pilot testing to evaluation, dissemination, and administrative closure of the European partnership.
