Het Idee
Het Idee is focused on consulting, development and implementation of activities and projects in the social domain. Particularly in the areas of participation, practice learning, education and reintegration into the labour market, a large number of projects came into being. Projects realized by bringing together governments, educators, employers (organizations) and civil society organizations. Various projects thereby also had a transnational component in the EU context.
Myriam Purperhart works as a Independend Clientsupport that offers people information, advice and short-term support and strengthen the self-reliance and participation of people in a vulnerable position. Also works as a mentor / internship supervisor for a social cultural organization were students of the VET Facility training (level 1 and 2) are doing the internship.
Maarten Reckman who is the director of Het Idee started his career as a social worker. Maarten is a networker who can make connections with an eye for the interests of the various stakeholders. He has long experience as a coach / mentor to people who are in disadvantaged positions.
Axxell
Axxell offers upper secondary vocational education and training, apprenticeship training, general upper secondary education for both youngsters and adults as well as workshops and adult education courses. In order to ensure modern and innovative pedagogy Axxell collaborates with different stakeholders both nationally and internationally. Axxell continuously works on developing tools that helps VET students graduate with the skills needed to be employed by the labor market. Axxell’s aim is to provide its students with positive learning experiences that they will take with them when they graduate.
Axxell is active in national and European projects that focus on e.g. equity and social inclusion. Axxell has been granted an Erasmus accreditation for both VET (2020-1-FI01-KA120-VET-092526) and adult education (2020-1-FI01-KA120-ADU-092528).
Education & Mobility
Founded in 2012 and based in Bilbao, main city of the Basque Country, E&M is a specialized consultancy in mobility projects, giving the support and providing the necessary infrastructure to perform them.
In E&M we work supporting the transnational mobility of VET students and professionals to the Basque Country and Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands. E&M was created to satisfy necessity in the network of the mobility field in the Basque Country and Fuerteventura.
In our education system, we found many factors that make young people can develop in their future, both personally and socially. We understand integration as a fundamental part of professional training in our country and we believe the international mobilities as essential part of it.
We know the importance of the work experience for youngsters today so from E&M, we focus our efforts on the participants, choosing and dedicating our work to find the best practice in a professional and comfortable environment

- A-Level, Arts & Professional Studies
- Land-based, Sport & Foundation Studies
There is also significant provision for students with additional learning needs. The College caters for all levels of study, from Year 10 and 11 school pupils attending on link and Diploma courses, right through to full Honours degree programmes. It is also one of a few Colleges outside the private sector to offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma.
Broadshoulders Ltd
Broadshoulders is an independent Vocational Education and Training consultancy operating in Hereford, England. We have been involved in European Projects since 2002 including the successful POETE, WorkMentor, WorkQual , AppMentor and more recently VET@work projects. It specialises in the delivery of work based training and education especially in the work of apprenticeships in employment. Broadshoulders works closely with employers and training providers delivering government funded apprenticeships in coaching, mentoring, leadership and management.
Philip Broomhead, Director, has 30 years’ experience of VET in England including work in colleges and private training providers specialising in work-based apprenticeship training. He has been involved in the development of competence based qualifications using Portfolios of Evidence and innovative Subject Learning Coaches. He has participated in 5 Leonardo projects and 2 Erasmus + projects. In the past 15 years, Philip has been working in Quality Management for delivering Apprenticeships including government inspections and development projects to improve apprenticeship training.
Adele Broomhead is a trained Customer Service Assessor of Apprentices with past experience in retail services, customer care and retail management. She has recently qualified with a Foundation Degree in Learning Support and works in college with learners on an individual basis to progress their studies.
Dialogue Diversity Unipessoal Lda
Dialogue Diversity has its headquarters in Aveiro, Portugal, and is a consultancy business specialised in Organizational Development, both in business and educational environment focused on entrepreneurial and intra-entrepreneurial approaches. The innovative training programmes for different target groups also include pedagogic and didactic approaches and materials, especially for social integration, empowerment, leadership, problem-solving, self-reflection and motivation, as well as ICT based methods which are constantly being updated.
Thanks to a team of professionals with many years of experience in European Cooperation, D.D. boasts a curriculum that is a guarantee of quality in the design and implementation of European pathways and programs.
On a national level, D.D. works with the following strategic partners: Vocational School of Aveiro, Aveiro University, Minho University, Job Centre and a varied and ever-expanding network of very good companies and organisations. As part of the transnational mobility projects for VET students and staff, Dialogue Diversity operates as a hosting and intermediate organization providing the organizational and logistical aspects and the traineeship of the participants in Companies or Institutions in many different sectors. Our dedicated team make sure that the students/staff are accurately matched to firms in line with their experience, skills and goals and monitor their performance throughout.
Morgen College (Landstede Group)
The Morgen College is a secondary school for Vocational Education and Training., with around 700 students in the age of 12-17 years old. The school is located in Harderwijk, an old fishing town in the middle of Holland.

Mirjam Onderdelinden is a Biology teacher/mentor and coordinator Internationalising. With her background as a Master Sen, Mirjam has a lot of experience with the support of students in difficult postions.
Gert Vasse is a teacher in Chemical and is responsible for a department of the Morgen College as teamleader.
